  • What are your business hours?

    Business Hours

    Monday – Friday: 6:30 am to 6:00 pm

    Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

    Sunday: 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm


    Drop Off:

    Monday – Friday: All boarding dogs/cats are to be dropped off before 1:00pm. After 1:00pm, there is a $25 late drop off fee.


    Saturday - Sunday: Drop off anytime. No fees applied


    Pickup:

    Monday – Friday: All boarding dogs/cats are to be picked up before 1:00pm. After 1:00pm, there is a $25 late drop off fee.


    Saturday - Sunday: Pickup anytime. No fees applied

  • What to bring?

    What to Bring:

    - Collar

    - Leash (we recommend not using retractable leashes. If you do, please keep them locked at 3 ft)

    - Portioned baggies of food (if your dog is staying more than a week, a container is fine)

    - Updated vaccinations (3rd Distemper, Bordetella & Rabies)

    - Cat Carrier


    *We provide bedding, bowls/dishes, litter

    boxes, and cat litter

  • Why is there a Drop-off Fee?

    We implemented the drop off fee this year for a few reasons! First and foremost, we could encourage everyone to arrive early enough to make sure everything is good to go! Vets close at 5PM, so if we are missing any vaccinations, or if a customer forgot anything at home, we have plenty of time to get it taken care of without worry. We do require proof of current vaccinations before we can take your pet back, so if you don’t have a copy with you and the vets are closed, we unfortunately would have to turn you away. 


    It also helps with the rush of daycare dogs who usually leave later in the day, helping reduce the number of dogs in the lobby at a time keeping everyone safe! Not only that, it allows us more time to get everyone checked in promptly and gives us time to ensure we have everything we need for your pets stay. As far as the Pick-up fee, think of it like a late check-out fee at your hotel! 


    We have to clean and sanitize each kennel after a dog leaves so it can be ready for the next guest!

  • How soon should I book?

    We recommend you book your reservations as soon as you know! We book up pretty quickly for holidays, and weekends (especially in the summer). We usually recommend around 4-8 weeks in advance for holidays, and about 2-4

    weeks in advance for weekends.


    For daycare we let you book one month at a time! Starting the first of every month, you can book regular scheduled daycare days for the following month! For example, September 1 st opens all of October’s spots, and so on. We can usually

    get you in “same day” if you request or call, but if there is a holiday or special event happening, we may be full.

  • What is considered a “Medication”?

    For us medication goes beyond just prescriptions. We consider all supplements, pain/arthritis management, fish oil, and probiotics to also be

    “medication”. This is to ensure that nothing part of their well being and health is missed or messed up.


    We also ask that you keep medication and supplements separate from their food (i.e. not in individual meal baggies). We have to physically hand the medication to your pet so we can ensure that it was given.
